Bliss

A blend of yin yoga and myofascial release techniques, this practice targets your connective tissue and fascia so you experience more fluidity and flexibility over time. Expect long held, grounded postures supported by props and rolling around on the floor with tennis balls. It's like a deep tissue massage. It's sheer Bliss!

Ease

Expect a practice of gentle movements meant to move your joints and strengthen your muscles with ease. Whether you're winding down for the evening, moving gently into your day, or taking care with your body due to illness, injury, or just because self-care is awesome, Ease is about gentle flow & supported postures designed to leave you feeling your best.

Invigorate

When you want to have fun, when you want to move, when you want to feel warm, Invigorate! This practice builds heat in the body through dynamic, playful vinyasa flows with sun salutations being the loose leaping off point. Expect to move, build heat in your body, explore your limits, and discover new challenges in this practice all while deepening your awareness.

Renew

This practice is all about bringing our nervous system back into a heightened parasympathetic state, bringing our immune and digestive systems back online. Gather all of your props & pillows, set your DND, and settle in to long-held supported postures where you focus on your breath until your body & mind relaxes into a state of focusing on nothing at all. Emerge Renewed!

Stretchy Flow

It's all about that feel good STRRREEEEETTCCHHH!! In this practice, you will flow through postures designed to facilitate a deeper stretch. Sometimes you work the muscles until they're ready to relax and release, sometimes you settle into more yin-like asanas. A true blended practice, in the end you'll feel stretched out and open.

Wakey Wakey

Use this time in the morning to find your center, gain clarity, and set the course for your day, or delve into this practice anytime for a good reset to your day. In this practice Courtney shares the practices she comes back to again and again to start her day. Expect anything from a meditation to movement, pranayama to kriya to mantra. Regardless, it will set the tone for a spectacular morning.

Snooze

When it's time to wind down and head to bed, do you want to roll out a mat? This practice is about easy, simple movement and breathwork that can be done anywhere – even in bed! Short practices filled with simple stretches, easy postures that can be supported by the pillows & blankets around you, designed to allow you to release your day, rest on your back, and sail off to sleepyland.

Learn

When you're moving through a practice, there's not a lot of time to stop, break down a posture or technique in detail, and dive deeper into the alignment, the benefits, the deeper meaning behind what you're doing. Whether you've found an asana challenging or elusive, or you just want to dive deeper into the technique and options, these videos support your curiosity.

Meet Courtney

Courtney Krishnamurthy is a yoga and ayurveda educator who has been practicing yoga for nearly 3 decades. She spent the first half of this time learning from The Sivananda Companion to Yoga. The practice drew her in and guided her through her days as an art student all the way through her career in marketing & ad tech. Yoga was a constant for no other reason than “it feels good”.

Curious about how the practice could still her mind and provide a reset for her day, Courtney attended her first yoga teacher training in 2013. Thanks to a wonderful program and inspiring teachers, she decided to share her practice with others, and Om Fairy Yoga was born.

Courtney believes the teacher is only a guide. Take what resonates, mix it with your own fairy dust, and discover the right path for you to embrace your goals. Deepen your trust in your own intuition & wisdom. Choose the tools that suit you. Don't take anything too seriously. Find your inner Om Fairy.
